After the “How to run pain-free” workshop by Runity, it is now time for a running conditioning class to put those theories and techniques into actual practice.
This class will take you through a series of specialist RUNITY conditioning exercises and drills to improve your running efficiency, similar to those that were talked about during the workshop.
These exercises aim to condition your feet, hips, spine and running skill in ways to keep you injury free and achieving the goal of running pain free at your own pace.
