Today, we celebrated our 3rd anniversary with a 4 x 1km relay and a 500m kids sprint! 

This year, you could either form your own relay team or sign up as an individual and be assigned a team on the spot. 

We kicked off nice and early at 7am at NeueFit for registration, before Cheryl did her opening address with a little bit of history, of her eating disorders, her struggles and how it all led to the creation of RTNT.

Then we proceeded down to the race venue, WHOOP WHOOP. The race route was simple – just a straight out 500m and back, with a little bit of a slope.

Once the first runners got their batons and toed the start line, off we went!

Everyone ran as best as they could and we saw some personal best 1km efforts out there. Congratulations to the Top 5 teams!

When the adults were done, it was time for the kids 500m sprint! 

After all the running, we headed back to NeueFit for CAKE.

And of course, the prize-giving and lucky draw!
