We work hard, but we play harder. This is the first gathering for ROCKrunners and the BBQ pool party was a nice afternoon of food, laughter and play. For once, no burpees :p

We brought down the house at Zouk with Cardio Hip Hop today. This is our kind of jam. 12o of us gathered on an early Sunday morning on 14 August to dance and we rocked the place, yes we did!
