It’s time to hit the pool!
ROCKtri is having its first swim session at the pool, where we will go through some drills to help your technique. It will be a 50-metre pool and participants are required to be able to swim.
Do also bring along your swim toys (such as kickboards, paddles, pull buoys) if you have them.
