In celebration of our 4th anniversary, we are having an exciting weekend! On Saturday we are having Track Day and on Sunday, we are having a shirtless workout, in collaboration with GRITYARD.
This will be the most liberating workout you will ever have because we want you to be free and work out without your top – ie. guys without shirt, girls in sports bra.
Every participant will receive a PUMA resistance band and also stand a chance to win awesome PUMA gear!
We want you to free yourselves of your insecurities and the stereotypes that society places on us. Break free, drop your burdens and live the movement.
