Ironman 70.3 World Championship 2019 2nd runner-up Imogen Simmonds (3rd in the world!!) will be in Singapore to conduct some workshops with ROCKtri Ladies for all YOU ladies!
On 2 November, Saturday, we will have a breakfast run (5km) with Imogen before she gives an inspirational talk and also host a Q&A for any triathlon questions that you might have.
And then comes the most important part – BREAKFAST. Homegrown meal delivery brand Fresher will be serving up a sumptuous spread for us!
To the ladies doing the Great Eastern Women’s Run the next day, you can come and do a shorter run as a warm-up for your race and then stay for breakfast to carbo load. Yums!
