This year, ROCKtri is partnering Second Wind Nation to launch a triathlon outreach programme to give more people access to this multisport, as our way of giving back to the community.
Over the next few months (August to December), there will be a monthly workshop covering various aspects of triathlons, to give enthusiasts the opportunity to learn more skills and also get more confident in the sport.
The first workshop is an Open Water Swim clinic at Palawan Beach. Swimming in the sea is something that many people fear, but let’s do it together so you won’t be too scared?
