ROCKrunners is the official running club of Rock The Naked Truth. We meet every Saturday at 7.30am at The Autobus (6 Shenton Way #01-01 OUE Downtown Gallery).
ROCKrunners is all about the people, where we come together and encourage each other, in a non-competitive environment. Served with a dash of HIIT, we occasionally run at a different location for a change in scenery and we also have monthly birthday celebrations (YES, that means cake!).
Don’t worry about “not being fast enough” or “not running regularly” – you can just go at your own pace. For newcomers, we have a buddy system so that you won’t feel lost! Join us and let’s run the world together 🙂
Here is the OCTOBER schedule:
4 Nov –No ROCKrunners session due to SCSM Women Squad training run
11 Nov – 5 x 1km intervals (**GEWR runners will have a separate warmup programme)
18 Nov – 10km run
25 Nov – 90 min OR 8km run
Meeting point is The Autobus for all sessions, unless otherwise stated above.
At all sessions, you may run a shorter distance if you prefer so don’t worry!
