ROCKrunners is the official running club of Rock The Naked Truth. We meet every Tuesday at 7.00pm and every Saturday at 7.30am at The Autobus (6 Shenton Way #01-01 Downtown Gallery). But sometimes we have special runs outside of CBD – like our Beach Day this month!
Served with a dash of HIIT, ROCKrunners is all about the people, where we come together and encourage each other, in a friendly and non-competitive environment.
Don’t worry about “not being fast enough”, “not running enough” or “not running regularly” – you can just go at your own pace. Join us and let’s run the world together 🙂

7 Jul, Sat: SCSM Women Squad training run 2
10 Jul, Tues: 8-10 x 500m intervals
14 Jul, Sat: RR Beach Day at Tanjong Beach Sentosa (5km)
17 Jul, Tues: 10 x 200m intervals
21 Jul, Sat: 8km (+ slopes)
24 Jul, Tues: 4km (2+2)
28 Jul, Sat: 60-80 min long run (+ SCSM Women Squad familiarisation run)
31 Jul, Tues: 6 x 800m intervals
Meeting point is The Autobus for all sessions, unless otherwise stated above. At all sessions, you may run at your own pace and/or a shorter distance if you prefer, so don’t worry. We also make sure that no one is left behind!
