ROCKrunners is the official running club of Rock The Naked Truth. We meet every Tuesday at 7.00pm and every Saturday at 7.30am at The Autobus (6 Shenton Way #01-01 Downtown Gallery).
ROCKrunners is all about the people, where we come together and encourage each other, in a non-competitive environment. Served with a dash of HIIT, we occasionally run at a different location for a change in scenery and we also have monthly birthday celebrations (YES, that means cake!).
Don’t worry about “not being fast enough”, “not running enough” or “not running regularly” – you can just go at your own pace. Join us and let’s run the world together 🙂
Here is the schedule for Apr:
3 Apr, Tues – 2km run + HIIT
7 Apr, Sat – 40 min run / light work for 2XU Compression Run runners
10 Apr, Tues – 8 x 300m
14 Apr, Sat – 10km (+ SCSM Women Squad Pacer Recruitment)
17 Apr, Tues – 4km run
21 Apr, Sat – 8km (with slopes)
24 Apr, Tues – 5 x 1km
28 Apr, Sat – 60-80 min long run / light work for Income Eco Run runners
Meeting point is The Autobus for all sessions, unless otherwise stated above. At all sessions, you may run at your own pace and/or a shorter distance if you prefer, so don’t worry. We also make sure that no one is left behind!
