In collaboration with The Fitness Project, this is your chance to try HydroFit! HydroFit workouts are done on Boga floating fitness mats in swimming pools.
This particular class is a 35-minute HydroFit Pump session that consists of a variety of bodyweight callisthenics exercises, like push ups, sit ups, and squats, performed on the floating Boga mats.
Using the mats will fire up stability muscles rarely used when you perform the same bodyweight exercises on land. This results in a more fun workout and will work your core too!
This will be conducted in the shallow end of the pool, so non-swimmers are welcome too.
