ROCKrunners is the official running club of Rock The Naked Truth. We meet every Tuesday at 7.00pm at lululemon Marina Bay Sands store (10 Bayfront Avenue, B2-42, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands).
Occasionally, we will have special events on Saturday mornings to explore new run routes in Singapore or workshops to help you in your training.
Served with a dash of HIIT, ROCKrunners is all about the people, where we come together and encourage each other, in a friendly and non-competitive environment.
Don’t worry about “not being fast enough“, “not running enough” or “not running regularly” – you can just go at your own pace. We start and end together, and our motto is just to run happy. Join us and let’s run the world together 🙂
December is a short month as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fall on a Tuesday so we will be taking a break for the last two weeks of the year.
Here is the schedule for December:
3 December, Tues, 7pm: 5km easy
10 December, Tues, 7pm: 8km
17 December, Tues, 7pm: Relay training + Secret Santa
24 December, Tues, 7pm: No ROCKrunners
31 December, Tues, 7pm: No ROCKrunners
At all sessions, you may run at your own pace and/or a shorter distance if you prefer, so don’t worry. We also make sure that no one is left behind!
