[CLOSED] 100PLUS Active x ROCKrunners: Core Training

Besides the long runs, we also have workout sessions for cross training. It is important to incorporate some form of strength and core training, on top of all the cardio hours you are putting in for your runs. This will help to build the muscles that you don’t use for running, which will help to reduce injury risk and muscle imbalance.

For this session, we will focus on core work for runners. It will be held at Grityard and slots are limited so sign up quickly!

Nearest MRT is Outram Park station. The building is called Medical Alumni Association (look for Ka-Soh restaurant).
