[CLOSED] Sports Nutrition Workshop (+ Pilates for Runners)

Ultrarunner and Red Dot Running Co. girlboss Jeri Chua will be giving a talk about sports nutrition, to help you fuel your body better so you can train and recover more efficiently.

After the talk, there will be a Pilates session for runners by I Rene Pung. For Pilates, there will be 20 slots only and it’s a bring-your-own-mat thing.

If you prefer to skip the Pilates session, you may just come for the talk only.
