Strength is often underestimated. We need strength in everything we do! Lifting weights and gaining strength is important, but it must be done with the right technique. And no, lifting weights will not make you look like The Hulk.
We had an introduction to lifting today, with Commonwealth Games athlete Lewis Chua teaching the basics of the back squat, shoulder press and deadlift, along with Rock The Naked Truth founder Cheryl Tay and strongman athlete Barbara Chng.
