Coming back from a horrific back injury and started to compete.

I had a horrific lower back injury in middle 2014 nearing my ORD year. It was a L4/L5 spinal injury which happened during NS. Had to rehab for 2 months down time and slowly relearned lifting technique. Competed on my 1st Strongman comp at Singapore Polytechnic after my night shift. Subsequently my peak was in 2018 when I finally pulled 3 times my bodyweight on deadlifts. Lesson learned is you have to be Persistent and Consistent.
