I married young, at the age of 22 and then I got pregnant at 23. I gained about 25kg during the pregnancy and in my first year of being a mum, I would eat whenever I felt stressed. It made me feel worse about the weight I had gained from the pregnancy, which I couldn't lose. I started fasting and using a water diet, and I actually I lost all my pregnancy weight but I was so miserable. I started to stress-eat again and I put back 6kg. Now I am struggling with my weight once again and I decided to take up running, cut out carbs and quit smoking. But I still feel unimpressed with my run times and I feel depressed with my body. What can I do?
