Regardless of your goals as a competitive athlete or a leisure fitness enthusiast, nutrition is a very important part of an active lifestyle. A common mistake people make is to overexercise and undereat.

In our first nutrition seminar on 25 June at The Yoga Mandala, we explored the topic on finding the balance between nutrition and training. There are many questions that people have – such as cutting out carbs, reducing calories or increasing exercise intensity etc.

We dispelled dieting myths and talked about the dangers of extreme dieting, before going through a HIIT session by Sara Wee. All participants will also receive a yummy Dosirak meal!
