This group got their cleats on and worked hard for a high intensity, low impact, total body cycling workout at Anthem on 18 June. Indoor cycling (or spinning as it is also referred to) is good for those who want to cycle but are afraid of  the outdoor elements. Plug in the hip hop music, get the disco lights on and the workout just became a lot cooler.
