THIS WAS A BLAST!

2.5 months after our official launch at the exact same spot, we return for a smashing HIIT circuit supported by Adidas. It was the eve of the Good Friday public holiday and we wanted to put together something for ladies only. Led by Rock The Naked Truth founder Cheryl Tay alongside Darren Ho and Roxanne Gan, the ladies were put through slightly over an hour of high intensity stuff.

We opened the session with a round of introduction and some sharing, to get everyone to feel more comfortable. Some admitted they were worried about working out in public, some shared about their insecurities, some said it was their first time trying HIIT.. but most importantly, everyone ought to be proud of themselves for showing up!

The circuit wasn’t the easiest, but the positivity and encouragement from fellow ladies kept everyone going and by the end of the night, the bunch of 50 sweaty ladies couldn’t have been happier.
