"I was introduced to Rock The Naked Truth by my running buddy Jasmine (left in pic). She told me she is very inspired by the founder of Rock The Naked Truth, her new idol, Cheryl.
She especially loved what Cheryl said - "Stop chasing numbers and love yourself for who you are". I found this quote very inspiring and meaningful.
So one day I told Jasmine we should just support her idol and we signed up for ROCKrunners. We got hooked. We got to know a lot of other people of different ages and races. We are like a big family, always supporting each other no matter what.
Coming from a broken family myself, I am very grateful to have a group of friends who are always so supportive. It means a lot to me as I'm no longer alone. I always feel happy seeing them at our weekly ROCkrunners session; it feels like family day!
Thank you Cheryl for creating this - my life is changed forever."
