[CLOSED] ROCKkaki Challenge – April 2017
The task: Complete 45 hours of running in 30 days with a buddy
- Sign up for an account at our website and register for the ROCKkaki Challenge under Events.
- Post a photo of you and your running buddy on your Instagram (tag @ROCKrunnersSG, hashtag #ROCKrunnersSG and #ROCKkakiChallenge) to announce you're taking on the challenge!
- Start running from 1 April.
- Use a running app to clock your runs (MapMyRun, Strava, Garmin Connect, etc).
- Screenshot your weekly summary (capture the total time taken too).
- Submit your runs (you and your buddy) weekly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Every finisher of this challenge will receive a medal.
- One lucky pair will win a Polar M200 GPS Running Watch each.
*This challenge runs from 1 to 30 April.
*Within a pair, each person must complete a minimum of 15 hours in 30 days. (ie. One person can run 15 hours and the other person runs 30 hours.
